The Junior Google Ads Media Buyer role is essential to scaling and optimizing our clients' Google ad accounts, ensuring alignment with their key performance goals. In this role, you will work closely with our Head of Growth at AKM-Media, focusing on executing strategies to drive success in Google Ads campaigns. As a Junior Media Buyer, your continuous goal is to learn, implement, and improve standards within our e-commerce team. You will be immersed in digital marketing channels, particularly Google Ads, and contribute to our clients' growth while gaining invaluable experience in a dynamic environment.

Achieving 90%+ of Client Revenue and Spend Goals set in conjunction with clients and growth strategists.
Leading Weekly Client Calls for Media Buyer-related segments.
Running Internal Team Bi-weekly or Weekly Client Strategy Calls.
Weekly A/B testing of ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
Providing monthly insights and analytics to the Creative Team for new ad creative.
Providing Client Updates as needed.
Collaborating with Senior Media Buyers to ensure the successful execution of strategies.
Deal Makers:
Understanding customer behaviors and purchase intent through Google Ads.
You LOVE google analytics, google ads & creating search and shopping campaigns!
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
A strategic and analytical thinker with a keen attention to detail.
Data-driven and results-oriented.
Positive “can-do” attitude to get things done.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of the Google Ads platform and its tools.
Ability to listen and respond to clients' needs effectively.
