What We Do For marbl?

As of 2024, AKM sits on-top of all growth strategy, content and social for marbl. We are also a major share-holder within the brand. With marbl we required a full hands on deck approach after developing our relationship. After 5 months into our paid-advertising journey our founder Arsalan decided to go all in with marbl and invested in a brand that had its sights in tackling the middle eastern market.

Our Solution

The CHALLENGE

The biggest challenge for marbl was the fact that the middle east in 2020 was not that accustomed to buying via meta, tik-tok or google ads when it came to women's fashion. At the time the brand's performance creative was also not in a great place and the messaging was not where it needed to be to sell.

The company was bootstrapped and around 7 months into their journey they came to AKM with the goal of wanting to bring the best ad and DTC practices into the middle east. Something very few brands were starting to do at the time.

That is when we came in and started to tackle the TAM (addressable market) and the physiological triggers that would cause women to buy this new category of clothing in the GCC countries. After a lot of creative strategy we finally got to where we needed to be.

The Results

The Solution & Results

  • Optimising creative benchmarks following the AIDA framework to be above industry average standards. Aiming for 35% Thumb-stop, 9 second watch times+ and 2.5% unique outbound CTR %'s.

  • We scaled ads from $50,000 per month to now over $200,000 per month and decreased the CPA by over 25% since starting marbl 3 years prior.

  • We managed to increase backend profitability to 32% with the help of merchandising strategy and increased our 60 day LTV to 19% with the introduction of regular product drops and limited edition collections.

  • As a result marbl now sits in stores in the US, Paris, London and all over the GCC.

  • In 2023 we expanded sales to the USA and now do 34% of sales profitably in the region.

  • Marbl was ranked the #1 fastest growing brand by Meta & Shopify in 2022 and 2023
