NECESSARY SKILLS

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

Leadership

  • 4+ years of experience with at least 2 years managing teams.

  • Train and develop your people to the highest standards, partnering with the Employee Development and Performance Department to continuously improve training materials.

E-commerce Ad Platforms Expert

  • Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and financial P&Ls.

  • Develop a deep integration of these platforms into our ecosystem by partnering with Creative, Growth, Operations, and Business Development leadership.

  • Be a subject matter expert for e-commerce advertising within the company and industry.

  • Own, develop, and progress relationships with platform representatives and partners, ensuring prompt communication and support.

  • Organize and host strategic planning sessions with platform partners and secure access to unique beta programs for our clients.

Reporting and KPI Development

  • Define and report on goals and key performance indicators, ensuring targets represent overall growth for each client and the e-commerce department.

  • Track progress towards these targets daily and intervene as necessary when training and development opportunities arise.

  • Expertise in data analysis tools like Excel/Google Sheets to make actionable decisions and recommendations.

E-commerce

  • Proven record of delivering continuous improvements within an e-commerce environment.

  • Expert knowledge of e-commerce marketing methods and a drive for innovation. With a strong ability to view growth from a 360 degree approach for pushing brand growth profitably.

  • Ability to think about a brand’s digital approach holistically, from customer acquisition, retention, financial PNL's and understanding organic and retail impacts on e-com growth.

What You’ll Do:

1. Shape Client Strategies:

- Create customized growth plans that fit each client’s unique vibe and goals.

- Dig into market research and competitor analysis to craft smart strategies.

- Present your killer growth plans and forecasts to clients, showing them exactly how we’ll hit their targets with our AKM services!

2. Boost Customer Acquisition:

- Design and run data-driven campaigns across paid search, social media, email, and influencer partnerships.

- Use advanced targeting and segmentation to get the best bang for the buck.

- Keep an eye on campaign performance, tweaking as needed to maximize ROI.

3. Drive Customer Engagement & Retention:

- Develop cool strategies to keep customers coming back, like loyalty programs and personalized marketing.

- Launch and manage retention programs like subscriptions and referral incentives.
